Setting up my account to get paid
Now that you’ve signed up and your account is new and shiny, it’s time to learn some basics on how to get paid on the BONOTEE marketplace.
After your account is confirmed and the deal is sealed, head over to your account settings and fill out your Payment Details.

Well, hang on, we’re almost there. It is also important that you’re aware of our Payment Threshold. You need to earn at least $20.
You’ll also want to adjust your Artist Margins. These are the markups you set on every product type to determine the profit you’ll get from your sales. Take a look at this illustrative article for a more thorough description of how they work.
When do I get paid?
You’ll be paid once your earnings reach our $20 threshold.
Payments start processing on the 15th of each month; however, it may take a couple of days to reach your account
PLEASE NOTE: if the 15th falls on a weekend, your payment will be processed on the 17th.
Bank payments may take up to 7 business days to process.
If your sales' orders have not been shipped by the 15th, they will be processed in the following month’s pay cycle, unless they’re cancelled before shipping.
You will not be paid for orders that are cancelled before shipping.
How do I know when I've made a sale?
Look out for the “You’ve Made a Sale!” email, which will include details on what was sold, at what price, and what your cut is.
Remember: the sale is not final until the item is manufactured and shipped out. If buyer reconsiders and cancels the order before it ships, you won’t be paid.
You can view every sale in your Order page under Order Listing.
If you’re logged in, buying from your own shop doesn’t constitute an official sale! Self-purchases will not appear in your sales history.
Why does my sale still say "Pending"?
Once an order is placed on the website, the request is sent to one of the 3rd-party printers from all over the world. Orders take several days to be manufactured before they are shipped out, so in this time frame, the order's status is placed in “Pending” until shipped.
Once the order ships, the status will change from "Pending" to "To be paid".
Can I be paid early?
We no longer offer early payments. The early payment request form has been a magnet for fraudulent users, and the costly investment required to deflect this activity has outweighed the benefits of offering early payments. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I transfer my earnings?
At this moment this is not possible.
Unpaid earnings cannot be transferred into store credit, vouchers, or digital gift cards. Earnings can also not be transferred or combined if you have more than one account.
